Simon Redstone has been a fantastic help. I went to see Simon in March with a repeated long-term calf problem. Within one month and only around 5 sessions Simon was able to identify and solve the problem. Simon is very helpful and I would definitely recommend.

I was referred to HSP after I picked up a knee injury and I so glad I was. I cannot recommend this place enough. I was looked after by Simon who diagnosed me and gave me a few exercises to do to take down the inflammation. Working with him we discovered that the issue stemmed from a hip injury that I had just been living with for years and thought nothing of. Simon gave me some additional exercises for this and it helped so much.No more hip pain at the end of the treatment! Simon is friendly, courteous and really takes the time to explain what this issue is and how to fix it. Really happy that I was put in his hands.

Couldn't recommend highly enough. Had a great session with LIzzie, but when she went on holiday, it was a seamless handover to Simon who saw out the remainder of my sessions on my path to recovery. Both very knowledgeable, both very professional and always running to time (something not to be taken for granted these days). I'm desperately hoping to stay injury free for the foreseeable future, but if I'm not so lucky, I will be straight back.

Liz at Harley Street Physiotherapy has been incredible. I honestly can't recommend her and her team enough! I suffered a bulged disc part way through lockdown and quite literally could not walk. Liz was gentle, understanding, provided excellent direction and practice exercises, and ensured that the entire healing process was both comfortable and tailored to my body.
