•if you need orthodontics or jaw surgery, this is the place you should consider. I had double jaw surgery for an anterior open bite done by Professor Shakib and braces before, during & after the surgery done by Dr Lee. in my opinion, they are both incredibly talented at what they do & choosing them was the best decision I have made. •Professor Shakib is a highly skilled surgeon & was able to give me all the information I needed to make an informed decision on whether or not to have the surgery & unlike other consultations I had had, he never pushed me & always reminded me I didn’t have to do it. Once I had decided to go ahead with the surgery, he was incredibly patient & understanding of all my worries & also kindly made time to reassure my very anxious mother. The surgery went better than I could have anticipated, I have the perfect bite now & I have no numbness. I am delighted with the results. •Dr lee is a gifted orthodontist & a perfectionist who has completely transformed my smile. I get so many compliments on my teeth now. Braces are never fun, but if you need them, go to her so that they’re done right the first time & you don’t end up having to get braces twice (!!). Also, if you need jaw surgery too, she’s very experienced at doing orthodontics to prep for the surgery & even gave me lots of tips to help prepare. She is a warm & friendly person, which made getting my braces tightened much more enjoyable. She is conscious of maintaining healthy gums during your braces treatment which is very important. she is very diligent & even after my braces came off, she saw me a few times for reviews to check everything was staying how we left it. I seriously couldn’t be happier with the results & am so grateful to her •everyone at the clinic is sweet & welcoming. The actual building is beautiful & clean. & one final important thing is that my appointments were never once rescheduled, even during covid. This meant that i was able to get through the process as fast as possible. From braces on ->jaw surgery-> to braces off, it only took 13 months. If you go here, you are in very capable hands. highly recommend !

Such an impressive team, I always feel super safe in their hands and confident that I am receiving expert care. I had had crooked teeth for most of my adult life, and had been told by another orthodontist that it wasn’t worth the bother of trying to straighten my smile. The Harley Street Orthodontic team did not dismiss my concerns, they came up with treatment plan. I finally took the plunge in my 50s and had treatment involving sequential braces and then retainers. What a different a smile makes, I couldn’t be happier with the result, I only wish I hadn’t waited so long!

I have just completed my orthodontic treatment with Invisalign at Harley Street Orthodontics with Dr Sarah Neale to straighten my teeth. Dr Sarah Neale and her team are incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming; made the journey from my first consultation to end of the treatment pleasurable. The clinic is beautiful, always punctual for their appointments, and very accommodating. Dr Neale is highly skilled, experienced, very caring, and personable. She spent time to explain every step of the treatment and ensured that I am well informed. I have been bringing my daughter along to see Dr Sarah Neale for around two years now for orthodontic treatment of her teeth. She is a more unusual case following a traumatic childhood accident which had left her front teeth damaged and twisted. Sarah has taken such care over her treatment and we are so grateful and thrilled with the outcome. She and her team never failed to reassure and put us at ease, explaining each step of the process carefully and ensuring the time was taken to achieve the best possible result. The practice itself is immaculate offering high quality, modern, clinical equipment and techniques. I was also impressed by their extremely high standards of hygiene in the recently modernised premises.
