I had my blood test on last Friday, from first second I saw the good customer service when the security guard approached me, the receptionist Alina, se was so nice as well making me wishing to return there. The clinic was on 13 Queen Anne Street, I highly recommend it ❤️❤️❤️

Referred for an urgent x-ray. The clinic they signposted me to had no appointments for 3 days so arranged to go elsewhere. Called to follow-up on the result and was told the x-ray had been received by the clinic, but the doctor was unable to speak to me for another 3 days. I'd like to hope this is because the x-ray ruled out a fracture but I'll have to wait and see...not sure what their definition of urgent is but it's not the same as mine!

Family member booked appointment on my behalf after they assured results within a day. Only received one result and for the other I was told: ''Early next week''. We did mention it was urgent/emergency. I decided to book another clinic to re-do the tests. Would not go here again, as it was a waste of money for me. Updating my review: The results were indeed sent to me after I posted my previous review but they were incorrect unfortunately. By the time I had received both sets of results (only 1 was sent within the 24 hour time frame) I had already gone to a 2nd unrelated clinic on Friday and received results within 1 hour. I finally had my answer and was prescribed the necessary medication. I appreciate that they tried to call but by this time my health had worsened considerably. As I was unable to respond I left it to my family member to respond to the clinic.

I went to have a specific test in the hope that I would suffer less pain if I paid for it privately. I was lucky enough to have the money to do this. The nurse who treated me was excellent and I suffered no pain. However they took more than five working days to send me the results and their website stated that the results would arrive within 5 working days.

This is a really good private health centre. What a private medical practice should be - fast, professional, tailored to specific demands. I inquired with what must have been 5 private clinics, only two responded. One was extremely expensive (mind boggling); whereas, Harley Street offered a reasonable price. They maintained a high professional standard throughout our email exchange (I had a lot of questions) and subsequently throughout tests (needed some done, no treatment though). Tests were done all in one visit; results sent within 48 hours, in a format I requested. Very satisfying. I would highly recommend this centre.

The staff at Harley Street Health Centre were exceptional. Antonio, Carlos, Fathima, Libby, Ella, Yasmina and all the staff were outstanding and took such good care of me at a traumatic time. Prof Griffin and his team performed a successful operation and leading up to, during and follow were exceptional. Health is Wealth! You deserve the best care!
