Awful clinical, customer service was appalled and all they want is your money. I’m left out of pocket without the procedure I needed, I had to go elsewhere. IVF is stressful and time critical for a lot of people without having to chase the clinic constantly. Please don’t use them

Absolutely awful, I have had an awful experience with Harley Street Fertility Clinic and have discussions with Dr Venkat then treated awfully again. I have to chase for everything and feel although I’m paying I’m lower than NHS and I’m PAYING to be treated like this!!! Truly ridiculous and extremely upsetting at a time when you need to try not to stress this clinic had done nothing but cause he more stress. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone at the moment - nothing but stress - happy to take my money but not care for me!!

UNPROFESSIONAL Didn't even show up for the scheduled call, no explanation, no reply to my follow-up, no nothing. With that behavior, it doesn't feel like a serious or trust-inspiring place. Edit: answering to the answer. No, we were in touch with several emails, you replied severla times and we set the schedule for a call. But I waited in vain without any warning and any follow-up (it was for donation)
