    Extremely unprofessional conduct coupled with lack of due care and attention! 5 days ago I was sat at a junction , red light when one of their ambulances drove up the right side of me , lights and sirens on and he hits my rear right side with sheer force that took their bumper over the top of my car . In shock I as a responsible person expected the drive to stop. He did not stop in fact he ACTUALLY proceed around the roundabout and even another set of red lights leaving me from being shunted into the oncoming traffic to having to drive after him with horn blaring to get him to stop ! Emergency service vehicles have to follow the rules and are required to stop in case of a collision . After exchanging details with a disgruntled driver who incidentally did not ask if I was ok I contacted their office and spoke with Lydia who was aware of the accident and advised me they did not want to go through Insurance they accepted full liability and asked me to get a quote for works and they would setttle in full. I explained clearly that I was leaving the uk in the next week for 3.5weeks when I will return to the uk but leave shortly after .Therefore time was of the essence . Today they inform me via email they want to go through Insurance. I simply call Lydia to enquire why and ask about timescales. I get told by a woman who clearly has attitude issues that Lydia is in a meeting, the quote is too much and that information in email. On stating that the car is an Mercedes Benz E250 AMG , 2 years old and obviously it was not going to be a cheap fix ( sensors/ bumper/ respray) the arrogant member of staff huffed puffed told me she couldn't be bothered with this at to which I exclaimed " I beg your pardon?" And she put the phone down on me. Wow! I proceeded to email the director Claire Louise Dobson on their generic email and was shocked to see an email returned via same generic email within minutes with her name informing me the RTC is being dealt with by insurers. Surely a director of such a huge turnover would have a specific email at her disposal rather than the office generic email?! Harley Street Ambulance Service, I was sat stationary at a junction when your driver smashed into my car . Your driver was incompetent and 2 of the office staff are incompetent with one clearly having issues with acceptable conduct of herself and would indeed benefit from staff training or a menopausal supplement! I have been caused great inconvenience and stress! Through no fault of my own !
