Very happy with the service from the whole team at Harley Carpets. I wanted a carpet fitting at fairly short notice and from choosing the carpet to having it fitted was 3.5 weeks (including 2 weeks of shipping time). The team at Harley Carpets were great throughout the process & hugely accomodating, even shuffling round the time of my carpet fitting to help me meet another commitment I had. Steve was really helpful & patient in helping me choose - spending quite some time with me, making helpful suggestions and letting me take samples home to try in the space. The measurement was done by Mark and then John fitted the carpet which is beautiful. I found the whole process great from start to finish & I'm delighted with the carpet. Certainly recommend this company & will definitely use them again in future.

So the sales experience was excellent and the fitter was brilliant, polite and respectful. I’d recommend Harleys to all my friends and family without a second’s hesitation.
