This was my first experience of visiting an osteopath so I did not know what to expect. I was in pain and nervous. However, there was no need to be, Paddy was calm and reassuring. He helped me to gain mobility and left me with some helpful exercises. He followed up my appointment with an email to provide further reassurance and to offer a follow up call if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Paddy to friends and family and to anyone who like me has strained their back or any other limb.
