We couldn’t have asked for a better team to carry out our annex conversion! Dean was very quick to respond, sort a quote and was honest about the work and what needed to be done. He also spent a long time talking us through the process and ensuring we understood everything. The quality of workmenship and professionalism of Dean and his team was outstanding and we are extremely happy with the end result!! There were many hold ups during this job and many hurdles to overcome, none of which we could have predicted before the work began. Cannot fault Dean and his team - I was diagnosed with leukaemia at the very start of the job and their attitude, not just to the project but to our family, was above and beyond what was expected. They showed care and compassion and got the build completed within budget and time, despite other issues cropping up. They took the stress off my wife’s shoulders and left us with a high quality annexe. Can’t thank you or recommend you highly enough Hargrave.

Alongside their in-house expertise across trades, Dean's project management capabilities are amongst the best we have ever encountered. It's largely thanks to these that our project ran smoothly and to deadline from day one. Both he and the team were honest about their skills and competencies, arranging for and organising other equally talented tradesmen as and when the need arose. The team's experience facilitated various options for our build, almost all of which we elected to undertake. The outcome is exceptional and we will be using them for any future works undertaken. Highly recommended.

We contacted Dean regarding a few jobs we needed doing, he was quick to come and quote for the jobs, always been professional, well priced and clean and tidy. Although we had a few delays due to time and weather Dean was apologetic and squeezed us in when he could even though the team are very busy. Good bunch of lads, hopefully have them back next year for more work. (I will stock up on hot chocolate, may even treat you to a bacon sarnie 😁). Thank you for your hard work.

I would recommend Dean and his team every time. I am still to this day kicking myself that we didn't use Hargrave Construction when we started our renovations back in Feb 2021 but we had no idea we were going to have so many issues with builders! Dean and his team were incredible, not only did they get us out of trouble they worked tirelessly to get everything done and in a tight time frame. Having to deal with my OCD, questions and back and forth with kitchen designs there were no hesitations, the guys are such a laugh and it was such a relief for everything to feel like a home again! I cannot thank them enough so definitely do not hesitate in getting in touch with them!!
