Had a lot booked, did not even give me the custody of telling me they had decided to cancel it. Was not until AA (the website I used to book it) rang me to ask if I wanted to move my appointment - clearly poor customer service and if you can’t communicate information would not want you working on my car. Went in under advice from another garage for a timing belt and water pump. Job done and , must say , done well. It would be 5 stars if after £673 the decency of telling me the coolant bottle was empty would have been included in the package. Not filling it, just letting me know. Booked in a week ago due to needing a Mot & courtesy car, this morning i arrived to a rude receptionist, no coutesy car, excuses and disgusting attitude!. Have had to take my buisness elsewhere. Receptionist claims the garage will not be doing Mot's after today - 27th Oct 22' Pathetic !
