All looks good until you find out that the walls have no sound insulation. If you have loud neighbouring visitors, you will be able to hear theim using a toilet, chatting and their dogs barking as if all happening in your room.

Great quality converted barns in the middle of the Hertfordshire country side and nearby both Ardley church farm and Cromer windmill. Really friendly, rapid in response when you need help and also they accept dogs. If you are going to this part of the world then definitely worth staying here.

Wonderfully presented, clean and tidy and well equipped barn for us and our 4 year old son. This was our second stay and we hope to be back again soon. The lovely managers are so welcoming and great communication if you need anything at all. There is a little garden and bbq for each barn, so somewhere nice to sit in the evening. Nearby Cottered has a plaround and a nice pub, and Buntingford has everything you need including a bakery, a wine shop and a cheese shop - perfect! Thank you so much for having us, I hope we see you again soon.
