Awful. I registered my newborn over 3 weeks ago I have rung up twice and they still haven’t Registered her properly. I have asked about six week appointment and eight week vaccination as she is now seven weeks and they still haven’t organised it. They were very unhelpful over the phone and very rude. Pointless having the reception team there.

I really can't understand why one of the largest populated areas of Southampton should have such a really poor doctors surgery and after 2 online requests for a sicknote after seeing a doctor from another surgery who Actually told me that I need to stay from working it is really poor service

Should be no stars. Impossible to get help. Sat in a telephone queue and when I eventually spoke to the receptionist she said there was nothing she could do as the triage system was closing at 12 and I would have to call back in the afternoon and go through the queuing system again. Why was I even in a queue if there was no chance of doing anything? I am at my wits end with them. Shameful.

12/03/19 - Opening times are not fit for purpose. After a 90 second 'welcome message' on the phone, position on the call (22). The: "Your call is important message" is not appropriate. Once connected, the service is very good (40 minutes on hold is not acceptable). 2017 - Useless (on behalf of a family member). Initial 1 star went up to 5 due to recent improvements. It’s clear they are doing what they can within the resources they have.

They are not even worth the 1 star. The most appalling service, receptionists are rude, doctors make you feel unwelcome and rushed. Haven’t been able to make an appointment for my 3 year old daughter in 2 months. Their answer is go to the western branch!! I don’t drive and am not getting 3 buses with a sick child the whole point of a LOCAL doctors is that it’s LOCAL. I don’t understand our linked doctors is western why not thornhill or bitterne. I’ve also tried getting into all other local doctors and no where is taking on!! So where does that leave you??
