Called in last week as my daughter and her partner were looking for carpets for two bedrooms. We were greeted by Shaz, who was welcoming but not pushy. After looking around for a while, we spoke to Shaz again. He is such a great advert for this store. Knowledgeable and gave great advice based on what they wanted the carpet for (one normal bedroom use, one used as an office). Everything sorted there and then. I usually hate having to deal with salespeople but Shaz was superb. I don't normally leave reviews but felt I had to in this case.

On every occasion after that we always had such helpful staff including the estimater who came to measure up. Following that fantastic fitters. Can only recommend anyone to try Tapi at Clifton Moor.

Once again we visited Tapi to get more flooring. We were served by Chaz, what a really nice, pleasant man......Great humour. As usual fantastic flooring. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Prices aren't bad either.
