Losing my mum as been very sad and difficult, struggling with the funeral costs and trying to get to work as been hard, I've never been late paying my rent and I never would have but for obvious reasons I have had no choice. We became accidental landlords back in 2013. At that time we thought the smart thing to do was to put our faith in a lettings agency - not Hardings - who positioned themselves as premium service providers. Sadly that experience ended in tears and many months unpaid rent. Thankfully a friend recommended Hardings and things have gone well ever since. Sure, a couple of glitches but not with the Hardings team. Throughout they've been responsive, professional and effective. Very happy to have been with them for over a decade, and to be able to commend them now.
