Outstanding company - Was used for a coach trip to Disneyland Paris. Drivers did an excellent job of handling difficult situations of road closures and even stopped to help a driver who suffered a diabetic hypo. Outstanding would definitely use them again!

Be very care full if using! I do not hold this company in a good view, I have found their staff to be rude and abusive. That’s not to say all of them just one! I raised a complaint about a coach and it’s driver to which they showed no remorse. As the owner of the coach I find it unethical that you allow people to operate in this way, the life’s of my family and other passengers have been put at risk. Further more trying to shrug any responsibilities about this action and not even looking it to the endangerment of life is wrong. You as an operator have some accountability on who is using and how your vehicle is being used after all your name is on it in big red letters making it more visible than the brexit bus. What’s more I would highly question the legality of allowing your coach to be sub let once already let to just coach travel Ltd. Company number 12208190 and with what insurance to cover such a sub let. for anyone reading this I have past this information to the VOSA and the DVLA, I will/have requested a copy of the insurance policy to see if this trip was covered. If of course Harding’s wish to contact me and discuss the issue and look in to the complaints I am more than happy as it would mean I could put a far better review other than one of this nature.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL ! OUR FIRST TIME EVER USING THEM AND I WONT EVER USE THEM AGAIN, THEY ARE BULLIES , RUDE AND RISK PASSENGERS BY DRIVING WHILE OVER TIRED AND DRINKING, THEY SPEAK TO YOU RUDE LOOSE TIME IN THE PARKS AS RUNNING LATE WITH NO REASONS. PLEASE AVOID AND SAVE YOUR MONEY ! THEY SWEAR WHILE THEY ARE DRIVING AT OTHER ROAD USERS, AND TREAT PASSENGERS DIFFERENTLY .

Well what a disaster!!. Booked for Hereford poppys departing from Kidderminster. Finished up going down county lanes for miles for a pick up in Stourport. Arrived some 30mins late . Brand new coach No heating.absolutly frozen. Our driver didn't even know where we were going as we boarded the coach .If you want a mystery trip and hypothermia. BOOK HARDINGS
