Sent faulty school joggers after waiting months for them, I've tried leaving NUMEROUS emails with no response at all, no contact phone number on their site. Absolutely disgusting for school pe kit and this is the only supplier..... Update, finally received a response by email apologising for not replying and gave me an address to send faulty item for an exchange, they did not gave a reason why they hadn't responded earlier.
