We were charged £20 for “attempted” delivery for the “waisting time”. The problem is that I was at home at the time and CCTV also didn’t record anyone at the door. My husband who was at work received a voicemail where you can only hear knocking at the door (funny because we have a doorbell at ours). So they are lying or went to the wrong house which (is not our fault). Went to the shop to discuss it, shop assistant was nice and polite, told us that owner will give us a call. He called in the next hour, was rude, shouting saying how we dear to come in his place to complain for the £20! Didn’t let us to say a word and put the phone down. Dear Mr Pickard, it’s not really about the amount of money. It’s about how we were treated by you and charged with no reason. You the one who wasted our time as failed to deliver our purchase, cancelled the order and charged us random amount for it (as told by your staff).
