Printer arrived without power cable and ex demo. No mention of this on site. Worst still they sent the wrong model. Cheaper version. When I called to complain I was offered a £50 refund and a free set of toners. This was not followed up with any email confirmation and when chased they now no longer reply to emails or answer their phone. Fraud company that I will be reporting to the police imminently.
