She was the legal friend I needed - extremely patient, diligent and professional, she worked so hard from start to finish being the exact force I wanted throughout an intimidating and uncertain custody battle. Her and her colleagues were fantastic at keeping me informed with everything, made sure I understood every step, and did such an admirable job of humanising the entire experience - I can't thank them, and Ros in particular, enough.
