Fantastic birthday surprise. Went for a cream tea for 2 with my partner and it was great, Lydia and Bailey were superb the massage and the facial were so relaxing I was drifting to sleep. The cream tea afterwards was stunning some great cakes and scones glass of fizz, great selection of teas and some juice. The whole experience was calm not rushed and so friendly that it’s definitely something I’d recommend and will be going back. Thank you guys

Came in today for the cream tea package for two. I had a 60 min massage whilst my partner had 30min facial and 30 min massage with his time. We both left feeling so relaxed and looked after. Really friendly team, Lydia and Bailey (hope I got your names right) even accommodated me wanting the 60 mins to be a full body massage rather than facial/massage as I don’t personally enjoy facials for my skin. I really appreciated this from the team! Even though we came for a later appointment we didn’t feel rushed or an inconvenience to stay and enjoy the cream tea afterwards, which was so nice, scones, cakes and multiple teas& drinks. Will definitely be returning. ❤️ Service: Massage

First I went one e for manicure and I had to tell the girl how to do it because she was just covering half of my nails. Then I thought I’m going to give them another chance and I booked waxing online. I got confirmation from Google and from Treat well. When I arrived the person in the reception said there wasn’t any booking. The girl at the reception , apart from being very rude (she was at 9.30 am at the reception) she was completely happy to let me go without offering me any option to accommodate my request. With respect to the answer from the business: The response below from the business is a lie. Avoid using this place if you are a new customer. According to the booking system online, the business could see that my appointment because it was visible in their calendar, and they were able to cancel the appointment. So they let me get to the business just to tell me that nothing could be done to change my app.

I have been going to the spa regularly since 2021 and have always enjoyed my visits until yesterday. I booked in for a 45 min facial and 45 min massage package and was looking forward to it for weeks. The facial ruined the whole experienve for me. The therapist was planning to use steam and I requested her not to because none of the other therapists there have ever used it. She finished up and told me meet her downstairs. I checked my phone once I was out and saw that my total treatment had only lasted 1hr 7 mins and was supposed to be 1:30. I mentioned this to her and she told me that because I did not want the steam she finished early. I explained that I have never had it and still always get the full time I pay for. She apologized and offered to continue it and told me to get ready for the table again. She spent the next 10 mins doing a facial massage and the last 15 mins and re applied the same mask and serums/creams. I felt like I was just being fobbed off to complete the total time of the treatment and did not enjoy it at all. I would have appreciated getting value for money for the total time I paid for. I usually get the 30 min package for massage and facial because it is cheaper but wanted to treat myself this time. I am not making that mistake again!
