Following the traumatic experience I received today from the rep, under no circumstances would I use nor recommend this company. The aggressive nature and hostile tone resulted in me asking the rep to leave, who persisted on shouting at me, my hearing is fine and so are my literacy skills therefore I had no issue in understanding what was said to me. This individual lacked soft skills, communication skills and had no comprehension of customer relations. I appreciate he may be skilled in roofing hence why I called him out but to be made to feel vulnerable in my own home is not acceptable. I am seeking to commission a roofing job not be shouted out. I work incredibly hard for my money and like to support local businesses while feeling valued as a customer, a concept lost on this company. Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair
