Fantastic little laundrette, very clean and tidy! Just helpful to know though that the lady who "mans" it is there from 9 till 3 and will be more than happy to help you and like me if you don't have the time to stay and do the wash yourself she will gladly do it for you 👌🏼 just FYI I took in a duvet and to leave it, get washed and dryed cost £23 😁 and she was so helpful too 😁 highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My first experience in a laundrette. It was a little confusing. There was no basic clear instructions that I could see. The washing machine represents the tariff amount for a wash, on a small digital display. 7kg machine = £4.50. 10kg machine = £5.50, 18kg machine = £8.00. It was unclear on the washing machine as to how I achieved the correct wash type out of 4 options, A.Hot, B.medium, C.cool or D.cool without prewash (I think) as the buttons weren't obvious and the display didn't represent the letter for the wash type clearly. I ended up putting it on a hot wash perhaps too hot for the load, thankfully the laundry was ok. No idea if you can stop it once started either. The wash surprisingly took only 25minutes! There was also no instructions for the driers I had to ask people when they arrived. The digital display shows '50' no idea what that means even now. Doesn't seem to represent the price.. There were temperature buttons but no idea if some heats might be too much for the laundry type! again some guide would be beneficial. A kind lady advised me that, change amount = time in the drier, so £1 gives you 8minutes of drying time. I put two full size washes of 7kg into a standard drier together for 24minutes. The cottons came out dry, towels and chunky knit was around 80% dry. A basic welcome message to the laundrette with a brief guide on using the machines would be much appreciated because if no one is there it is pretty frustrating. I will definitely use a laundrette again, this one is my most local, but services could definitely be better.
