The salon is average, not in any way high end, the lady called me for my patch test, I was two minutes late and she was clearly not happy. I'm early for my next appointment and I was waiting over rt minutes for my app because she was running behind and didn't even apologise. Unless you get a Groupon like I did , I would not recommend. Have visited twice now for Derma Pen microneedling treatment on a small facial scar and the results are fantastic. The treatment has worked better than expected at reducing the size and improving the appearance of the scar. My whole face was treated and the rest of my skin has been completely rejuvenated. I had my 2nd session of dermapen last week and I am absolutely over the moon with my results. My skin looks more clear, fresh and I can see visible reduction in my stubborn hyperpigmentation and fine lines. I am very thankful to the clinician who guided and put great efforts to bring excellent results. The lady who runs the clinic really knows her stuff - she has a fantastic laser machine - far superior to ones I have used in the past. She not only explains why the laser machine is better, but the results are fantastic and I can see for myself how much better this machine is that previous places I have used. She is very accommodating with appointments, very professional during treatments and friendly. Her prices are excellent too.
