We've been using Happy Waggles to walk our Cocker spaniel a couple of times a week for almost a year. They're great, reliable and flexible when required. The Happy Waggles team have been walking Mabel for over a year now and she absolutely loves her time with them! Mabel is now incredibly well socialised with other dogs and Shaleen’s expertise and consistency in training and recall have really helped her to become such a well-behaved and happy little dog. It was so important for us to find the right people to help us out when I have to work, and Happy Waggles have gone beyond expectations. I have been very pleased with Happy Waggles for 3 primary reasons: the first & most important is that the dogs love them & have a great time every time; the second is that they've improved my dog's fairly antisocial behavior toward other dogs; & third, they've been very helpful about working around my limitations with a new baby -- they often have to step inside to help me leash the dogs or even put the dogs back into their crates if I'm not home when they return, etc. Also, I have great peace of mind that they have a key and could get the dogs with fairly short notice in an emergency (such as when I went into labor). [Feb 2017] Edit: My happiness with HW has decreased quite a lot, especially at the end of my time with them. After I let them know we'd be terminating the service due to moving back to the States, our scheduling became very erratic. One day I let them know I would likely not be around when they dropped the dogs back off because of the changed timing, & they brought the dogs back early, not saying anything about it as they handed the dogs in. I was mildly irritated but didn't say anything. A few days later they messaged me asking if I was unhappy about their bringing the dogs back early, so I answered them honestly that this is a service I'm paying for, at which point they decided they just wouldn't walk our dogs any more. Apparently they had a family member feeling poorly that day, which is understandable, but for them to ask me to be "happy" about it is a little much. They behaved as if they're doing me a favor by walking my dogs instead of as if it is a paid service. Further, by ending our dog walks early, they put a real burden on us right when we're trying to move. Terminating us early also seems like it was mighty convenient since they obviously had other dogs to juggle now and couldn't manage to keep us on the scheduled times. I can't help but be very displeased with how things ended, but the above review is also true. My dogs loved their walkies, and they really miss it. [Feb 2018]

We cannot recommend Happy Waggles highly enough - we wouldn't be able to have a dog without them! They are friendly, professional and reliable and most of all they are fantastic with our little cocker spaniel and he loves going to them for both daycare and home stays. We cannot praise or thank Shaleen, Butch and all the family enough!

Fantastic service and highly recommend to anyone. This is a very well run family business and they truly love the dogs and it is not just like a job to them. Happy Waggles walk our Border Terrier and he loves them and due to having such a bond with our dog we feel so comfortable leaving him with them when we go away. Happy Waggles offer a 5* Day care and home boarding service in a beautiful clean family home. We are so glad we found them. Thank you
