Went to this shop yesterday to enquire if my recent phone purchase couod be repaired as it was faulty. The owner was extremely polite, professional and helpful. He tried to rectify the problem as best he could and gave me and my partner honest and good advice. Will definitely be back to this shop again. Asked for a replacement battery as existing battery had a 4 hour life paid for a replacement. He insisted on cash only. And no receipt. £40 later for a new battery, and the phone still has a 4 hour life. Clearly I have paid for nothing.

Awful. Took my phone in for a screen repair, after he had fixed it the speaker stopped working. Went back to the shop to get it fixed and he said that if i wanted it fixed, face ID would stop working. Now my phone is completely cracked and unfixable.

My husband and me went there to get a screen protector in our phones. my husband got his done perfect but mine wasn’t, it had bubbles in it so we asked for a replacement. He tried 3 times with new screen protectors and the last one wasn’t done properly either. He said he wasn’t going to get any better. We went there to have a screen protector installed on our phones better than how we can do it ourselves. We expected the higher price to reflect a perfect result but sadly one of us didn’t get it.
