So glad our puppy has stopped going to Happy Paws. His whole personality changed when he started going and he went from a well behaved, excited, loving pup to a tired, non responsive, timid pup. We didn't notice the change at first but it definitely came. We then started to realise more and more that our puppy under 6 months old was being put in a field all day long running around with adult dogs. There was no discipline or control and he was with no other puppies. I saw a video come up on facebook one evening where my puppy was yelping and was being pinned down by a fully grown adult dog. The video soon disappeared before we could save a copy. We were told that he would be taken to the house throughout the day to sleep but I know for a fact that this wasn't happening. He couldn't even lift his head to say hello most afternoons after coming home. Our pup has never liked being caged and I have information that he was being put in a cage and being left in there after his lunch. Cages used to distress our pup and he would be a wreck so we would never put him in one and were never asked if he was ok with them at all. There is only one member of staff that I would of trusted with him but the best thing we ever did was taking him out.

I cannot rate the service that Emma provides highly enough. The service Happy Paws offers is professional, caring and reliable. Happy Paws has been walking my dogs for many years, Beatrice loves her walks and I would not entrust her to anyone else. Highly recommend Happy Paws. Thank you Emma and your team for walking and caring for Beatrice like she is your own.

My dog has been going to happy paws for coming up six months now. He goes to day care three times a week with pick ups in the morning. The walker is so friendly and always on time and my dog is always happy to see them its so nice to see. While he is at day care he can run outside with other dogs and has become more socialised becuase of it i cant thank happy paws enough. They have great services i have recommened to my friends in the past and they have also started to use their services.
