Thoroughly recommend Happy Nat Yoga! Really relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, no pressure or judgement. Just gentle guidance from Natalie, with options depending on your flexibility. She suggests small adjustments to positioning that you don't even realise you need, but she says it in a way that isn't aimed at anyone in particular. I really enjoy her slow flow and rest & restore classes!

I have really enjoyed Natalie's sessions and as a man of a certain age I wasn't sure whether I would be able to get into the positions that I could back in my youth, but can report that the old body is beginning to feel a lot more supple. I find the sessions are well planned and run at just about the right pace and would thoroughly recommend Natalie as a teacher.

Natalie is a great and experienced yoga teacher. She provides very clear explanations about the poses and variations for different levels. Every lesson is unlike others. She helped me re-build my strength and emotional stability after the pregnancy. Would highly recommend. :)

Natalie’s yoga classes always feel personalised. She’s so good at making her classes inclusive and asking what we all need, that it’s easy to feel she has tailor made the class for each us! That goes for me who enjoys the calming, restorative side of yoga as well as more athletic friends who come to class for more physical challenges. We all enjoy the whole experience and Natalie subtly makes sure we each get exactly what we need. Until lockdown when the gym closed and Natalie took her classes onto Zoom, I’d never enjoyed online yoga, but even there I got exactly what I needed. And so did my husband who had never managed to follow a yoga teacher before! I love that the teaching is so well delivered and so easy to follow in clear, calm steps so you can find yourself in difficult poses and wondering how you got there! It also means you can shut your eyes, go with the flow and have a chance to enjoy the great music choices too. Natalie is one of the most caring and responsive yoga teachers I’ve known and there’s a strong sense that she always wants to adapt her skill and commitment to help people. For me this really came into its own during lockdown: when some of us wanted to head outdoors she made that happen for us and I couldn’t be more grateful for the way she will always respond with whatever it takes to give us what we need.

I had wanted to try yoga for a while but always felt slightly intimidated by the idea of attending a class as I wasnt sure it I'd be flexible enough or if I'd be able to keep up with more experience participant's. Having seen Happy Nat Yoga's mantra for making yoga accessible for all I thought I'd give one of her classes a try and I couldn't have been made to feel more welcome and more at ease. Her teaching style is informative and calm which enables you to go at your own pace. You don't feel out of place as there are multiple variations of poses with different difficulty levels, so you can pick which is most comfortable for you. I have now been to numerous classes now and I couldn't recommend Natalie enough...if your a first timer or an experienced yoga goer, you will be made to feel welcome and find yourself in an environment that will help to improve week on week.
