I tried Lins class last week as I have been suffering with knee and hip problems and thought the stretching exercise would benefit me. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and came away feeling like I had done some work but also relaxed & de-stressed. It is suitable for all ages and abilities with alternative poses offered so you don’t feel any pressure to push your self too hard. Definitely worth a try

Absolutely love my Saturday morning yoga! The class is amazing, it really allows me to switch off and relax. Lisa is a great instructor - she always creates a great atmosphere and a lovely flow, she’s always there to help with posture and to help us get the most out of the class. I started at this class new to yoga and Lisa has been a great guide. The space we practice in is lovely and open. Could not recommend this class enough :)
