Absolutely delighted with our first experience at Happy Hounds. Laura and Kenny were incredibly accomodating throughout the whole thing. Having spoken on the phone about our rescue gsd's anxieties and previous grooming experience, Laura immediately made me feel confident she would do everything to make our pup comfortable. She's come home looking prestine and fluffy, not agitated at all. Laura sent me messages and videos while I waited and I was so happy to see a calm, even relaxed dog. Would 100% recommend to anyone. If you're concerned or unsure, just give them a call and talk it over.

We had a really bad experience. We took our 8 month old puppy to be washed and clipped around the underneath area prior to his castration. He is Shichon Schnauzer cross and so had fluffy/curly hair and beard. We asked her to only clip underneath and to leave his long hair and beard. Without asking, she shaved all his hair off. He looked like a different dog. It’s been a month and it’s only just beginning to grow back a bit. We are so upset, as was our puppy, he was shaking uncontrollably. I had brushed him thoroughly the evening before and was totally knot free, so there’s no excuse. We will certainly never return.

Just picked my fur babies up from Laura's, they look so pretty. They have been going to Laura for the last 3 years. As soon as I say to my babies, ' we are off to see Laura, they get so excited. Laura does exactly as I ask when it comes to trimming then and they always come home Happy. Thank you Laura
