I was on holiday recently on the south coast with my dogs and my stroller (Inopet) when I had an accident and destroyed the wheel. I contacted Happy Hotdogs and they were able to help and provide a replacement at an excellent price and went out of their way to help me. It made my holiday and I am so grateful to Mark and his wife for their help. I would recommend anyone considering a dog stroller to contact Happy Hotdogs.

I've just purchased a doggy stroller from Happy Hotdogs. I love the stroller, it's a life changer for me and my dogs. Happy Hotdogs, well what can I they are the best! Ever! Their customer service is first class! Nothing was a problem when I messaged them with a couple of queries. They were very quick to respond and very helpful. They went above and beyond to help me with my purchase and I couldn't ask for more from a business. The delivery was prompt and as promised. I really can't praise them enough. Happy Hotdogs will be my first stop if there's anything I need for my dogs in the future. Thankyou! 🧡☺️🌭🐕💛

HAPPY HOT DOGS Have been fabulous, I was browsing the net as you do on a cold night in January look for a new pair of out door field boots when I came across the HappyHotDog website, they had exactly what I had been looking for, but was a little sceptical as it was a website I had not here’d of, so I gave them a phone call to check them out, you couldn’t of come across a nicer and more helpful couple than Mark & Nicole, Mark explain who they were and where they were based, I was a bit unsure on the boot sizing as I’m a UK 11 = 45 or 46 depending the shop, but mark was very helpful and he was an 11 too but like to have thicker socks, so as I wanted these more for support I opted for the 11=45, they sent them out next and arrived the day after that, they are just right for me a little snug in the width but the foot length is just right and the quality of the boots is amazing you really can’t go wrong, all would say is if you like wider fit with thicker socks go for the 46’s, The whole experience with HappyHotDog was Perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were traveling in the UK when our Innopet Sporty broke - it had seen many years of use so while we were disappointed, we were not surprised and knew we wanted another one. I found Happy Hotdogs online and explained our dilemma, we were only in the area for another week and did they happen to have one in stock that we could pick up (not trusting the post to get it to us in time). They replied quickly on a weekend that they might and early Monday morning that yes, they had one. They graciously put it together for us and even offered to dispose of our old one as we had no idea what to do with it. If I lived in the UK I'd purchase everything I needed from them. We met many friendly people in our 6 months in the UK, Mark & Nicole were definitely at the top of the list. I've attached pictures of our stroller as we use it for two dogs (10.5 & 8kg). They can comfortably sit or lay side by side. When they are sitting, we have space to carry items behind them. The stroller has a back pouch but after a few years of weight in it, the stitching at the top of the back panel gave out so now we carry water & heavier items inside the cart. If you are looking at strollers, yes, they are expensive but they're game changers. No more carrying tired or sore dogs, if you want to go somewhere with people you don't need to worry about them being accidentally kicked or stepped on. Want to stop for a drink - they can sit and watch the world or go to sleep. If you are looking at the Sporty and the newer Evolution, we saw an Evolution at Mark & Nicole's and debated about getting it. We stayed with the Sporty because of the front panel. Here is what I noticed as the differences. The Evolution has very nice tires and a larger mesh panel on the front (actually 2 panels). It also has a mesh panel on top where the Sporty has plastic. We always keep the top open so that mesh didn't make a difference. We liked the larger opening of the Evolution as it would give our girls more room - they sit close together to both have their heads sticking out. With the Evolution, they would have more air flow around them when we are in hotter climates. If our girls were younger, we would have bought the Evolution but one is going blind and we felt having the opening at her chest was safer. They do not try to jump out, it was more if they stood and we went over rough terrain. If I had a larger or younger dog, I would prefer the large opening. If you plan to use take the stroller on different terrains, get pneumatic tires instead of hard plastic. The stoller will be more expensive but will repay you with its flexibility.

Our little fur kid Luna is getting older, slowing down and has developed arthritis in her back paw. As a result, going for walks and running have become painful and difficult for her. My wife did some research and we found the Innopet Stroller which has become a life changer not only for Luna, but also for her moms! It is light weight, easy to assemble, easy to dismantle and easy to navigate! Walks in the woods and on the beach are now possible. Luna and her 2 moms are thrilled. Nicole and Mark were so helpful, friendly, professional and courteous. Delivery was prompt and efficient. We have no hesitation in recommending this business.

Absolutely excellent service! I contacted Happy Hotdogs about purchasing the Innopet Sporty Dog Stroller and Mark was so helpful. He got a video of his dog in the stroller to give an idea of size before we made the long drive to him, as our dogs are similar sizes and when we were there to collect I was able to test one with my dog before making a purchase. Mark set up the stroller for us and explained how to care for it, transport it etc. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the product. As for the stroller… worth every penny. My dog was more than happy to get in and seems to really enjoy it. She has end stage heart and lung cancer so is unable to keep up on walks and the stroller allows us to enjoy long walks with her as she can rest in it when she needs to and can come out and walk when she has more energy. The stroller has access to the dog through zipped windows at the front, top and back which can all be left open if desired. The pocket on the back “door” is a little inconvenient as it weighs down the door if it’s full but we can easily manage without much in it. The stroller is easy to dismantle to put in the car/store at home. 5 stars for excellent service and a product that has improved my dog’s life
