Wow. Give this place a try. You choose your broth that they bring to the table then you can choose from an amazing buffet of of raw ingredients to cook in your broth. Seafood, meat, so many vegetables, dumplings, noodles and tofus. Then every sauce and condiment, spring onions, coriander. This was a wonderful food sharing experience, although I ate far too much and had to unbutton my jeans 😂
