I was so pleased with the service and friendliness my bunny received on her 4 night break with Sue, she really does know her profession. She was able to cut her nails too which we were very apprehensive about doing. I will definitely return with my bunny when we go away again. Thanks again Sue! I will definitely recommend!!

I want to give a massive thank you to Susan at Happy Hoppers Pet Care & Boarding for her incredible work bonding Nova, Luma and Raven. I never thought I’d see the day where all my buns are snuggled up together but to my joy I have seen it many times, through her daily updates and at home! Her prices are very affordable and in my opinion generous based on the work she puts in for everyone’s rabbits! These photos are just the beginning stages, I will be following Susan’s advice very carefully and expanding their area slowly. Thanks to her I will not be anxious leaving them when I go back to work

I took my pet house rabbit to be groomed and have his nails clipped today and couldn't be happier. Sue was so quick and took lots of pictures to show what she had done, (can't believe how much hair was removed in such a short time) well worth the money. Will be using again for sure. Thank you Sue.

There are not enough words to describe how AMAZING Sue is!!! I took my three girl buns to be bonded and she kept me updated muliple times a day with videos and picture and how they were progressing. I looked forward to seeing what they had been up to and how they were getting on. When it was time for me to collect the girls Sue had sent me a full after care plan which told me everything i needed to know to keep the bond growing! I messaged Sue loads when i got them back home if i was ever unsure and she helped guide me. Sue has the best knowledge and has really taught me alot. The girls have the best bond ever and i truly believe its because of Sue and her technique. Thank you so much Sue for making my girls the best of friends and looking after them so well when they was with you :D xxxxx

Our only regret with sending our two bunnies for bonding was not shipping them off to Sue earlier. We tried bonding at home and it was a total disaster. I contacted Sue who was very accommodating and managed to get us booked in a decent timeframe and at a very good price. We had a long car journey up and I wasn't so sure it was fair on our rabbits to be in a car for a couple of hours but seeing the behaviour change in the bonded pair at home, their happiness has grown immeasurably so it was worth it. We were updated daily with pictures and videos of how they were doing so we were in no doubt they were in safe hands. Sue worked some magic, within half an hour of dropping them off we had our first update and the boys were behaving themselves and seemingly getting along fine despite previous fights to the death at home. I had some issues work-wise which caused a scheduling change for pickup and again, Sue was amazing in accommodating that; although things worked out in the end and we never needed the adjusted time/date - her willingness to help was very much appreciated from our end. Everything from start to finish was a breeze.
