The delivery and packaging were great, no damage. However the actual shade did not match exactly the picture on the website. The metal leaf design reached the edge of the glass shade on the pictures, but in reality they only come 3/4 of the way up the shade. It still looks nice so I won't be returning it, but this needs to be addressed.

Mums much loved lamp gave up the ghost just before the 2 year warranty ran out. In my experience of this happening, many companies will not honour the warranty, despite it being, from a legal perspective, within the time period. They will complicate things and make life difficult, in order for you to just give in and not bother. I shan't mention any names....Vax and Kaercher! Occasionally, and sadly very occasionally you get an honest and upright company who stick to the rules and respect your hard earnt money and it's so refreshing! We actually asked for a replacement, instead of a refund as not only was the lamp very good for the reasonable price, but the attitude was polite, helpful and QUICK to respond and resolve the issue. I think even if the new lamp lasts not much over 2 years, it will still be worth every penny. It's a sturdy lamp though, so hopefully it will be a one off and last Mum a good few years! Thank you for dealing with our issue so professionally!

Ordered two florescent lights for our kitchen and breakfast room, both arrived promptly and they looked extremely smart. I fitted the breakfast room light first as it was smaller and easy to handle. No problem and wow the light it produced was just what we wanted. Next came the fitment of the larger light in the kitchen. it all fitted well but when switched on one tube failed to light and the other lasted around 10 seconds before it went out. I contacted Haysoms via email regarding the issue on the Sunday and Amie (customer Service Administrator) got back to me the next day offering a replacement. This arrived within 2 days and I have just fitted it and it works fine. What a company I recommend any one to use them, first class service and first class customer service. Well done Haysoms.
