    In it to extract maximum amount of money it seems. So be careful. Pros: When undertaking a drain CCTV check they turned up on time, they did provide the report in a timely manner. Cons: 1) When on site the Happy Drain technician rang me a pressured me to buy an additional service of high pressure cleaning. He even said that this was required as the building was not new. However, it was absolutely clear that the building is not new, as the person I booked the appointment with looked up the house on StreetView. 2) Additionally HappyDrains' were trying to sell follow-on work based on their assessment, which however was very different to the assessment from ThamesWater. (And the ThamesWater one sound much more plausbile.) I don't doubt Happy Drains basic competence. But this style to go for extra money is unprofessional in my view.
