    It's been a pleasure working with Geo on our home extension project, which includes a rear extension, a garage conversion and a complete refurbishment of the ground floor of our semi-detached house. We first met Geo in the office back in November. He explained the design and planning process with clarity, talking through all services that Happy Building offered. With a very fast turnaround, he designed two different options based on our brief by the end of the year. He also provided current market estimates for the construction costs. In January, Geo worked together with us on refining one of the options and he submitted the planning application to the council by mid January. The whole design experience has been very smooth and we are very happy with how our project is taking shape.
