I Can’t recommend Happily ever after enough! I had seen my wedding dress previous in a different colour but just wasn’t a 100%. I found out that happily ever after had it champagne, I needed to go see..they were more than happy to help as soon as I called! When I turned up the girls did not just put me in the dress they suggested i try serval other first to make sure it was definitely the one. Which was such a good idea as id only been to one other bridal shop previously. They were so lovely and kind and made me feel extra special & helped me find my dream dress ✨💕 They we’re great throughout, Thankyou so much 🏻

Amanda has simply been amazing from start to finish. I live in South Wales and was visiting an ill family member in Newcastle during Covid 2020. Whilst being up, I tried to get a last minute appointment in a bridal boutique. Amanda was so accommodating when I explained my circumstances. Fast forward to my appointment, and 4 dresses in and I found ‘The One’, tears the lot! Everything just went so smoothly. Since finding the dress we sadly had to postpone the wedding. When calling Amanda and explaining there was no issues. She sorted out my insurance for the dress to be held. Finally the time came to see my dress and start my alterations. Travelling back and forth from Wales to Darlington was difficult but so worth it. Amanda fitted me in at a drop of a hat. Same goes for Sue the amazingly talented seamstress. She altered my dress from pictures of my shoes and it was perfect. I’m so glad I made an impromptu appointment to visit. Everything was simply perfect and I loved wearing it on our Wedding Day, Thank you so much again. The new, Mrs Jones x

Such an amazing place. My dress was perfect. I recommended to a friend who also found her perfect dress. Very experienced staff who know exactly what they're doing.
