    Booked a taxi, the taxi was cancelled and was told another would arrive shortly. 15 mins turned into 45 mins. Another taxi arrived in that time but the customer they were collecting told the driver they cancelled it. The taxi driver called the office and they refused to take us. The driver was given another job and we were told we would have to wait for another to be allocated. Terrible service.

    Customer service very poor. Driver arrived 30 mins late after text saying he had arrived. Could not get through on phone to company or driver during this time. Realised we left an item in taxi on drop off and immediately called company back and was met with very rude and patronising manner. Would not be using this company again

    Have been using the App to get taxis regularly. Unfortunately two mornings this week the taxi has been over 15mins late getting to me (as you can see their location on the map, I can see that they set off after my requested pick up time). I booked the taxis the day before, so can’t blame short notice. Really disappointed as they’ve been very reliable in the past. Think I’ll try a different taxi company going forwards.

    I have always found Happicabs to be professional and the drivers have been excellent. Earlier today I took a Happicab and had a really good journey, Taylor the driver was courteous and interesting to talk to. The customer service did not end with that journey. I accidentally left my phone in the cab, Taylor could not have been more helpful in reuniting me with the phone - he even activated ICE on the locked handset so that he could let my wife know he had the phone. Thank you Taylor! Thank you Happicabs for providing such service. You have a very happy customer.
