    Absolutely awful!!!! No show!! Rude!!! I sat on hold for 20 minutes to book (8 hours in advance) and they did not turn up, I waited on hold again to be told that they are busy and when I asked if it is not the normal process to call ahead when you have someone roadside for half an hour I was told “no, we are busy”. Half an hour later it had finally arrived (30 minutes late), I found this out by again waiting on hold for a long time, I was told that I had to get back to where I was half an hour prior in 2 minutes or it was leaving. They then tried to charge £40 for a 6 mile journey (after being half an hour late)… All of that to one side, they are so rude in the phones. Never will I use them again and I will let my friends and family know that they are not to be used, unless you want to over pay, be late and get spoken to poorly in the process. SHOCKING!!!
