    I never noticed this Surgery before as it is actually off the main road but I was referred by my GP to attend the Cardiology Clinic and I am really happy that he sent me. The building is bright and airy, the waiting room is wide and welcoming.On the Ground floor there is a Chemist, Opticians, Dental Clinic, even a Chiropractor. I assume the GPs are upstairs because that's where patients were sent but I didn't go there. The Cardiology Clinic is run by Imperial College Hospital and the Staff is lovely. I had a Holter Monitor fitted and one of the Nurses was training so I was asked for my permission to have her applying the equipment. She was kind and friendly, she was a bit nervous but I tried my best to cooperate and she took good care of me. A senior Nurse was guiding her and she answered all my questions and gave me guidance on what to do /not to do. It was a pleasure to deal with the ladies and I will be back for a ECG next week so now I feel really at ease and I will be looking forward to attend. Place is well organised and efficient, Some of the Reception Staff is polite and respectful, others ( like the young woman I spoke to on the 26/05/23 ) things that answering the phone automatically turns them into Nurses/Doctors and they forget it takes another 7 years of studying and a BD in Medicine?? There seems to be at least one of these bizarre characters working in every Surgery in the UK

    Hi , I have been referred to your practice for heart problems. I had a monitor for 72 hours, then I was referred for a CT scan , had that done 2 November and from then which is almost 2 months, I keep calling to see what are my results and why nobody got in touch with me until now . When I had appointment before CT scan I have told everyone from nurse to doctors that I need this to be checked before having a surgery done .I keep calling and all I get back is that the doctor didn’t write the letter with the results, is been 5 times I am calling in the last 3/4 weeks and nothing. I tried to call today again no answer. I am feeling very sick and not able to have my surgery ( can’t go to work also ) done because the doctor didn’t had time in 2 months to write a letter . Your last colleague said he will referee this to the manager and this was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I have call my GP and they haven’t received also nothing. Can you please contact me ASAP. I have left an VM with all my details. 14th of July I had appointment at 9:30 to get my monitor for 72 hours if this helps to find my details . Thank you very much

    I had just changed a appointment, by a reception staff Eddy, she firstly said I will have to go back to my doctor for a referral back for a appointment, I said it's due flu, she put me on hold and offered an appointment.. Her attitude was horrible. She definitely needs training on customer service.

    After making a telephone call, I was booked in for an appointment the next day. The receptionist were really friendly, but due to being short-staffed, had to wait an additional 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.
