    My daughter had orthoptist appt there with Nosheen Mushtaq who was the most unpleasant specialist I have come across. She was very short, didn’t take much notice of things just poor and robotic. She called us late as well and there was not even faint apology for waiting almost 40mins! I hope we will not see her again.

    Not very pleased with the service.At the time of my eyes examination the optician was somewhat miserable dealing with my issues and was somewhat difficult to understand which I suspect was due to my asking questions and difficulty understanding him.This wasn’t very professional.I felt he wanted to get rid of me quickly.Other issue was upon initial inquiry with the checking in staff regarding parking l was advised to park half a mile away in a super market car park but in the letter I had from them it was mentioned clearly there is free car parking on site and also on street free parking! Actually there was no free parking on street but limited paid parking and there was no on site parking! When I came back the lady disappeared while I have been waiting to check in! Suddenly a lady came from out side going in and told me to take a seat! While waiting I kept wondering whether I will be called as no one had actually booked me in but later on I was called.

    No receptionist at any point of time . Very rude health care professionals. Cancel Appointments at last minute . Don’t care to speak or listen . Wrongly book appointments and waste peoples money and time and child’s education time in school Total Waste Of time

    Very very unpleasant, never again. Morning appointment referred by my GP. Reception is unmanned so customers especially elderlies feel in limbo in the waiting area. Receptionist arrives at 10 am . My name is called out by a man, until that day I don’t know what position he holds : optician or ophthalmologist… He orders me to sit down, I feel like another number. He doesn’t introduce himself, total lack of manners, obnoxious, unpleasant . It’s hard to understand what he says as he mumbles. I speak to him and declares my medical history bu he ignores me. He suddenly touches my eye to put some eye drops without telling me beforehand. Eyes are very sensitive, he has no manners. He doesn’t give me a chance to ask questions and rushes me out. I seriously felt humiliated. This man lacks of communication skills and empathy. I will never go back and search for an alternative even if I have to pay.

    Had an excellent first time visiting experience at Hanwell Eyecare Centre today. Not only were Nesh, Dipesh and his mum extremely professional. I found they were very accommodating and friendly which shone out with their outstanding service. As I have relocated from North now to West London, I am more at ease knowing I have found My opticians who have put my predecessor out in the shade. So to sum up Hanwell Eyecare Centre, honesty? I really cannot find any faults with their processes of eye testing to choosing my frames etc. So thank you for your kind service today, you've got yourselves one happy regular customer 🙂

So pleased that I decided to drop in after being unable to find suitable frames in a busy chain where staff didn't have time to provide a decent service.
