Wonderful community resource to introduce people to astronomy. Currently has important archaeological investigations ongoing on the site as well. They hold regular open weekends to showcase the telescopes and archaeology.

A great set up and people. Very keen and enthusiastic about what they do. We used a telescope and could see craters on the moon...and that was just one small telescope. Snow drops and archaeology at Hanwell Hall was brilliant.

Lovely gardens and the snowdrops were beautiful. Tea and cakes were available for sale, though this was for a planned event. The archaeological information they displayed was interesting too
