I was previleged to visit this mutt/temple owned and run by S/Shri Ganapati Sachidanandaji of Mysore, India. Being an old church building, probably due to British heritage building preservation law, quite unlike any South Indian temple with very small statue of Lord Hanuman(probably two feet). Neat and clean place with lots of parking. Biggest asset here is the knowledgeable and devotee friendly young Hindu priest. After Hanuman Jayanthi pooja, the Manager/Trustee announced that only those who paid money/gave donation can come close to the small Hanuman shrine and do pradakshina. Marketing and fund raising are vital for all temples but this level of imposing restrictions even for praying near the God(s) and to do pradakshina is most unfortunate. I most humbly request the Management/Secretary/Trustees Board to: 1. Kindly allow all visitors including those who do not give you money/donation to at least do Pradakshina(circumambulation) of the small Lord Hanuman shrine. 2. Kindly allow all the visitors/devotees including those who do not give you donation/make payment to at least go near the statues of Lord Hanuman. If funding is challenging for the temple(in fact quite common), you can stop giving food as for devotees of Lord Hanuman, getting close/unrestricted access to Lord Hanuman and doing pradakshina is more important than food. Also you may be breaching English laws by asking each visitor to write one's personal details including name and telephone number as this is intrusion into personal identity/privacy(you can be accused in case telephone numbers are stonen/misused putting huge legal burden on the temple). Please rethink its need and find alternative, if possible. Thank you for your wonderful services at the temple. Jai Hanuman, Jai Shri Ram
