Arrived for my 14:30 appointment at 14:20 didn't mind a short delay but at 15:00 and no signs of anybody for our appointment , we left, after being a little bit annoyed, I spoke to one of the receptionist several days later , who was extremely helpful, and explained that the delay was out of their control a little, and told me how to go about getting my items valued, by sending in photos. I must say she recommended this more than a home valuation as the items where spread across a few different colleagues.

Waited and waited for replies to requests for an item to be valued/collected. No replies. Had to keep phoning the company. Eventually dealt with in a 'superior' manner. Told that it would cost £65 an hour (!!!) to collect an item of furniture for entry into the auction. Split site working does not help. Best avoided.

Bought multiple items in their toy sale which was online only. Nothing really was as described and somethings very very disappointing indeed. Will think again about buying from then again. Don't do online only sales or specialist sales if have no clue what doing! And to topp it off rip you off with postage as well. Not happy buyer

Terrific experience with Hansons bought again in their specialist coin auction and requested shipping. The post room girls were very helpful and you can imagine my delight when 8 neat boxes arrived at my shop the following morning. All the coins were neatly and professionally packed - a great job. The coins were excellent too- very impressed
