Today we had a Hanson concrete garage installed at our property. The team were Andy, Guy and Brad. Very professional. Arrived at 8.15, left after job completed at 11.10. Would thoroughly recommend this company and it's staff. We are very happy.

Im surprised they are still in business, shoddy workmanship, i had to get a builder in to rectify their mistakes, i should of known better ,especially money up front ,thats not a good move. I also noticed when customers complained online ,the responce from paul who obviously works for them was its never their fault, well yes it is, Its a bit of a lucky draw who installs your garage, my advice to you is stay clear , i had 3 professional builders looking at the so called finished garage, they couldn't believe it had been left in such a state ,gaps along the walls ,the lock on the garage door didn't work , the guttering put on the wrong side, and this was to be used for my parents both in their 90s invalid scooter.Disgraceful conduct!

From the first enquiry through to installation the process was quick and straight forward. The installation guys were great and Tony dealt with an access issue like a Pro. What a shame I've had to edit this review as the side door Handle broke and few months ago, but believing it to be 10 years I only contacted them last week to be told the door handle is out of warranty as its only 2 years for handles. Even though I've bought anther garage last month for my mum from them as a loyal customer-how much does a new door handle cost to post to me? Or even a discounted price.......shame I won't be ordering from them again

Hansen Garages after sales are absolutely diabolical , after finally arranging a date for a member of their team to come and adjust the door on our concrete shed (when they are in the area) leaving our property unlocked for him to gain access all day, as a time could not be given, he failed to turn up. After receiving a phone call to say he was running late, apologised & informed me he would re attend the following day….. Again we left our property unlocked, nobody turned up & no phone call. On phoning Hansen Garages, nobody answered….. After the Easter break, again phoned Hansen Garages, only to be told that they finished early for the Easter break & that the paperwork had been submitted to say our door had been adjusted & the job is now complete . After telling the receptionist exactly how I felt & what I thought she said she would look into it, the door still needs to be adjusted I said. The chap is now on Holliday for the remaining 4 days after Easter, so I will look forward to receiving a phone call to appologise for the inconvenience & a date for somebody else to attend……. We will wait & see……!!

The team arrived early, were extremely professional and polite, tidied up completely and have done a very efficient and good job. I searched for a long time for a secure steel garage/shed and am very pleased that I chose this company. I would recommend them very highly.
