I don't understand why a bathroom showroom is so hostile to retail customers who are actually keen to explore the products. I got there without realising it's not a shop despite Google categorised it to "bathroom supply shop" and was kept outside the front door while a member of the staff spared a few precious minutes of his to answer the specific questions of the products that I want to buy. My bad for not reading the actual description thoroughly I admit. The website is also missing key information like things you need to buy together to make it work. Length of the levers of the taps. I did get help from one of their staff eventually. She helped me look things up on their trade website that is not open to the public domain. Just overall a disappointing experience.
