If I could I’d put no stars! The worst company known to man! They have taken over two years of payment and not paid any of the debts. This goes without saying the unauthorised payments they have been taking. They have dragged on the termination despite me calling daily and emailing in now on month 3 of the termination that they still haven’t sorted despite going through management they then behind my back passed my account to creditfix without my knowledge and try to still take payments…. I would advise not to ever use these people and if you do your debts will NOT be paid.

Like a lot of these reviews also say- I don’t know how these people sleep at night! A company that claims to relieve financial stress but actually cause it by stealing from you in the process. I was told when I increased my payments to £500 per month my IVA would end in December 2022. December came, they told me I had another 2 years left of paying £500 per month. No apology, or explanation of whether this was a mistake or not. I’ve been trying to get a credible answer since December as the call centre staff don’t seem to understand me. Their phone lines and email addresses randomly shut down and they take so long to respond. I complained in January, got that acknowledged in March. It’s now May 2023 and I’m still not in a clearer position. This company has preyed on my vulnerability to steal my hard earned money. They need to be investigated legally as there is some illegitimate work taking place here. My advice: pay your creditors off yourself, it would have been much less stressful than dealing with these conmen!

I’d give them 0 if I could. I asked for an IVA just for me when my ex took loans out in my name and I couldn’t afford the repayment. He talked me in to getting it joint as the debt collectors were still coming to our door. I reluctantly put him on it. He left and i asked them to split it, I didn’t want to be paying his debts off. Hannover decided not to listen and now I’ve paid it off they tell me they never did that. So as well as raising four kids on my own and not getting a penny towards them I’ve been paying his debts off for him too. To add insult to injury, one of my debts were written off two year ago and they’ve still been paying them too. Don’t get an IVA, agree a payment plan with your lenders and if you can’t definitely don’t use these to help you.

great start and reassuring that i was doing the right thing. now as my IVA payments finish. they ask for more money to close my agreement. THIS IS AFTER I RING TO ASK IF THEY NEEDED ANYTHING FROM ME AS MY LAST PAYMENT CAME NEAR. - i was assured no and it would be forwarded to closures. (upon checking it is stated in my agreement there would be an equity payment required so fair enough) I have emailed with no response EVER .... called several times to hear several different answers - i've been trying to ascertain if, when, the extra payment is made. will i be free of the IVA then, only to be given different answer by three different people, most recently spoken to insensitively that it is all down to creditors decision so not guaranteed that this extra 1k+ they want will actually end my IVA at all! after 6 years! if this is the truth, then finally i got it, but my god. this is such a disorganized show its made me seriously doubt how genuine this company is. They seem to be in with credit-fix now so i would seriously reconsider going down this road. I hate doing things like this but i just want to be treated fairly & spoken to honestly, and if this is what it takes to maybe get a response or to save someone making the same mistake i made. then so be it.

Report this firm to the Financial Ombudsman. I have paid £5.5k and have found out after repeated requests that only £2754 has been paid to creditors...no explanation provided. What are they doing with the money that hasn't been paid out. AVOID this company and Creditfix who have taken over from Hanover at all costs

Why does the contact email not work? I called to ask for my balance remaining, never received. And asked to have my expenses form emailed to me so i could fill it fully as the website wouldn't let me, still nothing. Wish I'd gone somewhere else
