Rude ,white bearded guy in shop sighed heavily and walked off in a flounce when I told him I'd like to switch to biodegradable shampoos when I asked about their range. His Mrs? tried to ameliorate the situation but I was too unimpressed by the little man. Never been back in in a decade.
