Inept, unprofessional and unskilled. Looking back, it was a frustrating and shocking experience to deal with them. I was younger, just had a baby and I was alone. I was fragile and they knew it...during my divorce, they change solicitors 7 times! The final settlement was a joke but they managed to get 22 thousands pounds from me. Now that I'm older I can see what they did and what they didn't do and I can advise you..."not with this firm".
