Unfortunately I would never use this firm again. They failed to send us our searches, took forever, and then when the offer fell through they charged us with extortionate abortive fees. Which I felt is a bit ridiculous as there are many other solicitor firms out there who would not charge you with such fees. You are not treated as a valued customer here, so I would definitely not recommend. If they respond to my review they will probably say something like “we do not recognise you or your case, you are not our client”. But just know, I certainly was their client and was not happy with how they handled things. I lost quite a lot of money going with this firm.

Slow, inefficient, expensive, arrogant, poor at communication and unprofessional. Name anything that solicitors should not be and they are that. Their app is designed specifically at filling in their bank account without doing much work at all. They don't communicate at all and do not respond to most emails unless enquiry is about paying fees. Extremely disappointed with them. It is unfortunate that we used them on recommendation of a estate agent and now regretting that decision. We will never recommend them to anyone!
