    I have recently taken up yoga again and I really love Hannah's classes. She brings variety and learning every week which keeps things interesting but also really helps with building strength. I am always impressed at how she helps the class overall but also taps into each individual's needs and allows challenge for everyone at their level. I would thoroughly recommend this class.

    I tried yoga a couple of times before some years ago - but, having not continued as uninterested in focusing on my "spirituality" - I recently tried again, looking for a class that would focus on the movement and had a small enough size that I could see what the teacher was doing and let me follow along as a beginner within my own level of long-term runner (in)flexibility and injury. Hannah very much offers that: the movements allow experienced yoga bods to take full advantage, whilst being demonstrated and explained clearly enough so that us less experienced folk can do the same exercise. It's an inclusive grouping and very relaxed - recommended for those of all levels and ages.

    Hannah is a wonderful and experienced yoga teacher. I love her positive energy and have been attending her Tuesday evening classes for over 2 years now. Her classes are suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced as she offers several options when practising poses. Each week there is also a different focus which is communicated in the What's App group prior to class. I would highly recommend her classes particularly if you live locally.
