Hannah is such a wonderful PT, person, human! When I started at the gym I did my induction with Hannah and she is genuinely the reason I went back. I was always a little anxious about taking the leap to work with a PT, but when I lost a lot of ability due to a health condition I knew I needed some expert help. When I first started my sessions with Hannah I was unable to walk without aids, crutches, and my general strength and balance was terrible. Hannah researched and planned sessions around my ability and although the sessions are always a challenge in a good way, I never feel like she hasn’t taken into account my physical limitations. Her super positive attitude is infectious, I feel very uplifted after our sessions. She genuinely cares about her clients, she checks I regularly just to see if you’re ok. If you want a PT who will respect you and treat you like they care then Hannah is for you. No shaming, no tears, just smiles and goals.
